Consultants earn 25% of their sales in commissions. If a consultant sells $1200 or more in a sales month, they will receive a 5% bonus. If they sell $3200 or more in a sales month that bonus goes up to 10%.

Example: If you hold two average parties a week you can earn $1100 a month.

Times invested for two parties a week is between 6 to 8 hours.

Is there a minimum sales requirement?

To activate your account, you will need to sell $350 in your first thirty days. Then sell $250 every four months to remain active.

Do I have to hold Tupperware parties?

No. You can hold fundraisers, sell via your Tupperware Website, sell to friends and family, pass out catalogs, and many other ways.

Parties are the best way to sell the most Tupperware, because you have several people that you are selling to at the same time. Hence, you can connecting with more people in less time. You are also able to show people how to use the product you are selling them at a party.

However, this is your business. So you decide if holding parties is the best method for you.

What opportunities will I have to move up in Tupperware and earn even more money?

There are several opportunities for you in Tupperware. You can promote yourself to manager, star manager, or Director. You promote yourself by recruiting others to join your Tupperware team and meeting team sales and personal sales minimums.

Managers: Three active team members and yourself. Personal sales of $500 and team sales of $2000. Minimum bonus is between $60 and $120 a month.

Star Managers: Six active team members and yourself. Personal sales of $500 and team sales of $4000. Minimum bonus is between $120 and $240 a month.
